Mouaiad holds a MSc in Land Management and Land Tenure/Valuation from the Technical University, Munich and is an ARICS Valuation candidate. He holds over 25 years experience in the real estate sector and before joining Basic Lines’ Valuation & Advisory team, worked in Ras Al Khaimah’s Municipality & Courts, UAE.
