A RICS-qualified chartered surveyor with broad international experience, Tawanda has a keen interest in a range of real estate services. He has valued land and buildings across MENA and southern Africa and appraised the feasibility of both standalone projects and entire developments.

As an experienced real estate transaction advisor, Tawanda has managed engagements, assessed green- and brown-field sites, prepared budget forecasts and analysed variances.  Certified by RICS as a valuer, he has an MSc in surveying and real estate from the University of Reading (UK) as well as a BSc in rural and urban planning. He holds Tier A Valuation license No. V202110/0094 – A.
